Registering a unibet account is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top right corner, fill in your basic details (full name as per MyKad, active email, Malaysian phone number and date of birth), create a strong password, then verify your email and phone number via the link and OTP code sent to you. Once done, your account is immediately active and you can make your first deposit.
Note: You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Identity verification documents (MyKad or passport) may be required for the KYC process.

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one unibet account. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of our terms & conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses. If you believe you have been registered twice by mistake, contact our support team immediately to have this resolved.

Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX are processed in under 30 seconds and credited to your account balance instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, please contact support with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your payment receipt) for manual verification.

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX to a bank account take 1–3 hours depending on the receiving bank. During peak periods (Friday night to Sunday), processing times may be slightly longer. All withdrawals are in MYR with no processing fees.
Remember: Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC and must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.

Unibet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own policies. We recommend using DuitNow or FPX, which are typically fee-free for transfers within Malaysia.

A withdrawal may be declined or delayed due to: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus rollover requirements, bank account details not matching your unibet account name, or a withdrawal method that differs from your deposit method. Rollover (also known as turnover or wagering requirement) is a condition whereby you must wager a specified amount before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
