Unibet Malaysia Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide to the Platform

Welcome to the unibet Malaysia platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and unibet-vip.com ("Platform", "We", or "unibet"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the unibet platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and notices contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the unibet platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the unibet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at the start of each platform session.
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a person who has been declared bankrupt or is subject to active bankruptcy proceedings.
• Never been declared mentally incapacitated by a court of law.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list that you have applied for through the unibet platform or any gambling self-exclusion programme.
• Do not act on behalf of another person — each account must represent one real individual who is fully responsible for all activity carried out under that account.

Unibet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If proof of age cannot be provided, or if there is reasonable suspicion that a user is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings obtained by an underage user will be voided and deposit funds returned.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the unibet platform. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or circumvent account restrictions is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of winnings.

During registration, you must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• Exact date of birth.
• An active email address that you own and have full access to.
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• Current residential address in Malaysia.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. unibet will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your login information to third parties. Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the unibet support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the unibet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Only valid Malaysian deposit and withdrawal methods are accepted. unibet does not accept and will not process any transactions in foreign currencies.

For withdrawals, the bank account or e-wallet used must be registered in the same name as the unibet account holder. unibet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per transaction or RM20,000 per day.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM100,000 (can be increased for VIP members upon request)
• Funds that have not yet met the bonus rollover requirements ineligible for withdrawal until the requirements are met.
• Unibet does not charge processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, payment providers may impose their own fees.

All bonuses and promotions offered by unibet are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all unibet bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover (Wagering Requirements): Welcome bonuses typically carry a rollover requirement of 5x to 10x the bonus amount received before withdrawals are permitted. Specific rollover conditions are stated on each promotion page.
• Validity Period: Most bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Any bonus not utilised within this period will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• One Bonus Per User: Each promotion is limited to one account only. Users who register multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses will have their accounts suspended.

Unibet's sports betting section covers a wide range of sports, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup), badminton (BWF Tour), esports (MLBB MPL Malaysia, CS2), and more. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered valid when it shows a "Confirmed" status on your bet slip. Bets with a "Pending" status may be cancelled if a technical issue occurs before they are fully processed.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet is RM5 per selection for single bets and RM2 per leg for accumulators.
• Displayed Odds: The odds displayed at the time you place a bet are the odds that will apply to that bet, unless a significant technical error has occurred (for example, odds that deviate substantially from the actual market value due to a system error).
• Suspended or Postponed Matches: If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned. For in-play betting, sport-specific rules will apply.
• Official Results: Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia, BCCI for cricket, BWF for badminton).
• Concurrent Bets: Unibet applies different maximum betting limits depending on the sport and market. These limits may vary between players based on their betting profile.

The unibet casino section offers a wide range of games including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, slots, and live poker. All unibet casino games use independently audited software to ensure fairness and the randomness of game outcomes.

• Audited RNG: All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including unibet itself.
• Table Limits: Each game table has set minimum and maximum limits. These limits may change without notice for RNG games, but generally remain fixed for Live Dealer tables.

Unibet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons without prior notice in emergency cases:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted misconduct.
• Account closure requests initiated by the user (including self-exclusion).
• Account balance is zero with no activity for 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from a competent authority or court order.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings or by contacting the unibet support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days, once all verification requirements have been met.

Unibet takes our platform's responsibility for user wellbeing seriously. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial or personal hardship. We provide the following self-management tools for all members:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set your own maximum deposit limit through your account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place bets or play until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily session time limit to better manage how long you play.
• Temporary Break (Time-Out): Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with a single click in your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account even if you request reinstatement — no exceptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, unibet shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond unibet's control, including internet outages, third-party cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
• Disputed betting or game outcomes raised more than 7 days after the date of the incident.
• Any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of login credentials to a third party.

The unibet platform is provided "as is" and we make no implied warranties regarding fitness for any particular purpose. unibet will make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24/7, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime under all circumstances.

Unibet reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For changes deemed material (e.g., amendments to withdrawal requirements, bonus limits, or exclusivity policies), we will:

• Sending email notifications to all registered members at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
• Displaying prominent notices on the homepage and terms and conditions page.
• Maintaining an archive of previous versions of the terms, which members may request through customer support.

For minor changes such as spelling corrections or terminology clarifications, a notice may not be issued, but the "updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
